No worries! You can usually find the model number in the device settings or on the back of the device. If you’re still stuck, just contact us, and we’ll help you out.
Just send the essentials like power adapters and cables. Skip the cases, screen protectors, and SIM cards unless we specifically ask for them.
Shipping Your Device
We’ll send you a free shipping label and packing instructions. Pack your device securely, print the label, and drop it off at the nearest shipping location. If you requested shipping materials, they’ll include the label.

Yes! Our shipping labels come with basic insurance. You can add extra coverage during checkout if you want. If you pack your device securely and use our label, you’re covered.

Processing and Payment
We’ll process your device within 24 business hours, sometimes even on the same day. Once it’s checked out, you’ll get your payment quickly.
We offer multiple payment options: Store Credit, Zelle, Bank Transfer, Donate, Apple Pay, Gift Card, Amazon Gift Card, Google Pay, and eCheck. Once we inspect your device and everything matches up, you’ll get paid within one business day.
Your offer is good for 14 days. If you change your mind, just contact us to cancel the trade-in.
If you need to change your payment method, contact our support team to cancel the current quote and submit a new one.
After Shipping Your Device
You’ll get a tracking number with your shipping label. Use that to keep an eye on your package. If it gets lost, we’ve got basic insurance included to cover it.
No biggie! If there’s a difference, we’ll send you a new offer. If you’re not happy with it, you can ask for a re-check or have your device sent back to you for free.
If the device condition doesn’t match what you described, we’ll send a counteroffer. You can accept it, request a re-check, or have your device returned.
If you haven’t heard back, check your email (including spam/junk folders) or contact our support team for an update.
Payment is sent within 2 business days after inspection. If it’s been longer, please contact our support team to check on the status.
Returns
If you’re not happy with the revised offer, you can get your device back for free. Returns are on us!

Yes, we securely erase all data from every device we receive and install a clean OS. It’s a good idea to do a factory reset and remove your personal info before shipping.
